Delivery

The items we have in stock are shipped in 1-3 days. For the items that are not currently in stock or customized orders, please allow 1-2 weeks production time before shipping. We ship globally using DHL.

For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs. If you are having trouble placing your order or want to know time frame for delivery please email info@erayalpay.com. We will do everything we can to help you.

Return

The customer has the right to return products back to Eray Alpay. Unworn jewelry is eligible to be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The customer will only receive money refund if the returned product is unused and don’t show any signs of wear. Please be aware that all costs incurred in shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer.

No refunds of any kind will be permitted on custom or bespoke ordered goods, regardless of reason. When choosing your ring size, the product falls under the custom-made category. How ever we will free of charge resize your ring, if the ordered size does not fit.
